This person will work closely with executive leadership, technology management, operations management reporting into the PMO. End client is consolidating multiple systems into a CRM and into an ERP. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to effectively manage and coordinate direct reports Prior experience with project accounting and percentage of completion Experience with MS Excel, including dealing with large data sets, and the use of pivot tables, xlookup, sumifs, and other functions Experience and proficiency in the use of Timberline, NetSuite and/or Procore Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, accounting, economics, however relevant work experience will be considered as a reasonable substitution for field of study 10 years of related experience in service and project-based businesses Construction and / or Facility Services industry experience a plus Financial background a plus Superb driving behavior with excellent communication and presentation skills.
