Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to develop CloudDataand Analytics solutions
Deepdevelopmentbackground that must include 6+ years of experience in Spark with Scala and Python
Design and implement performantdataingestion dataflows from multiple sources usingDatabricks
Develop and maintain the requireddatamappings usingDatabricks
Assist with and execute programming, modeling, anddataintegration, supporting task automation and
DevOps practices
Convert source files (xml,csv, txt, etc) into parquet format and store in Azure and pushdatato Oracle
Staging area
Experience working on buildingdataingestion pipelines from multipledatasources usingDataBricksand
Apache Spark
Unit test to ensure the required performance through large scale testing
To provide job mentoring to the internal staff and allow them to grow
Add best practices to the project
Experience coding using T-SQL, Scala or Python.
Skillset:
Spark with Scala programming language

Code versioning tool such as Git
Must have worked with Continuous Integration and deployment tools (CI/CD)
Knowledge on Azure services such as Azure Storage, AzureDataLake, Azure SQLDataWarehouse,
Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Stream Analytics
Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
DataWarehouse, Datalake, Business Intelligence concepts
Understanding of Agile environment
Developmentusing SQL Server (T-SQL), SQL and stored procedures

Troubleshooting of issues
Education
A Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree, with a focus in computer science, is preferred.
