Randolph Duration: 6 month, extensions available, possible Temp-to-perm Employment Type: GC/ USC 2 interviews Job Description: As a member of the Enterprise Architecture Services team, the Senior Technology Architect will be at the forefront of solution architecture delivery (including applications, data and technology domains) for any one or more of our business technology portfolios. Senior Technology Architects provide cross-domain architecture leadership and delivery for all sizes of projects, working both independently as well as in support of other architects. They are expected to have depth of architecture experience in multiple domains of architecture (business, application, data, and technology), while collaborating with other architects to cover a broad range of architecture challenges. Senior Technology Architects must be comfortable with collaborating with other business and technical people to elaborate on business requirements and translate them into specific applications, data, technology, or business process designs for IT solutions than span all sizes and complexities. This person is expected to be a collaborative partner and leader who can influence and guide others in challenging situations and is motivated by long-term results while addressing short-term needs. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience. 10+ years technical experience in multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments including 4 years of technology architecture experience. Experience creating architectures across multiple domains (business, application, data, or technology). Experience in architecture, design, and implementation of large scale, customer-facing solutions across the full technology stack (Ex; Azure, Mulesoft, .Net, Java, Python, Kotlin, MongoDB, Confluent/Kafka, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, etc.) Understands all domains of architecture and applies that knowledge to create solution architectures to solve complex business problems that have a broad impact on the business. Experience defining and negotiating solution options while considering risks, costs, and impact on the enterprise business processes and goals. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and communication. Able to mentor others as needed. Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience with architecting digital and/or web solutions. Experience applying enterprise and data integration patterns using SOA, APIs, microservices, message-based, and file-based approaches. Experience delivering solutions using an Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience architecting customer-facing systems and processes. Experience in the healthcare insurance industry - Experience in Producer or Provider space is beneficial, but not required. Experience with data, specifically FHIR or MDM in the Provider space would be beneficial Experience with Salesforce, especially in the Producer space would be beneficial Experience with TriZetto Facets (nice to have) REGARDS.
