Able to track status and follow up with internal team, stake holders. Organize meetings to complete the work in time. Parallel project handling capability. Work late/weekend during critical tasks such as cutover, go-live. Key Accountabilities: Project Management, Reporting and Budget Management: Lead and implement given projects aligned with business goals Facilitate creation and presentation of business cases, project charters and implement deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. Provide project stakeholders and PMO Director, VP PMO and CIO with regular project status & reporting Bi-weekly performance and Steering Committee meetings Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, concise, and professional presentations and communications. Works with PMO leaders to report budget and scheduling impacting issues, change requests, business decisions. Project Stakeholder Management Must be results-oriented our business stakeholders look for creative ways to achieve business benefits quickly. Excellent analytical skills must be able to quickly analyze issues and facilitate development of mitigation plans. Working well with a diverse group of technical and non-technical colleagues and being able to lead them to delivering their overall objectives. Strong interpersonal skills influencing, negotiating, and leading people inside and outside of IT. Excellent team building skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong planning skills with experience in Microsoft Project & Smartsheet. We use Keyed In projects for Portfolio Management in which we will train. Experience and knowledge of business processes and applications regarding DOP is a plus for these positions.
