This position will play a pivotal role contributing to business-critical projects by supporting systems design, configuration, development, deployment, and support of the end-to-end use of the SAP S4 ERP system. This position will partner with the business to fully understand their requirements. In addition, this role will consult, guide, influence and make decisions as to ensure processes are enabled with industry practices and supported with standardize out-of-the box SAP software functionality and capabilities. This position will ensure customization is used sparingly with long-term support and maintenance in mind. This role will facilitate key design decisions, architect integrations, utilize hands on systems configuration, support testing, coordinate deployment, and monitor operational adoption to continuously improve efficiency. Job Responsibilities Lead all aspects of SAP S4 deployment, expansion, and support for assigned areas of responsibilities within the SAP S4 Sales and Distribution (SD) modules of the ERP and/or associated bolt-on and interfaced systems. Drive processes and identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and systems. Expertise in facilitating business sessions gaining technical alignment of priorities, requirements, designs, testing, training, and project steps going forward towards deployment and stabilization. Responsible for the technical design, construction, testing, and delivery of the system based on functional business requirements. Lead workstream projects and use project management skills to structure, describe and present complex issues/solutions. Develop workflows, troubleshoot issues and train super users /end users on system usage. Provide functional and technical perspective in core workstream, as well as integration with other modules. Develop/manage detailed configuration and testing of the system to meet functional business requirements. Identify, document, highlight, and escalate issues related to this positions scope of responsibility. Complete work tasks as assigned by leadership team. Job Requirements At least 7+ years hands-on configuration experience in the following functional module /component areas: SD - Sales and Distribution Minimum of 4 years experience with S/4HANA within global environment 3+ full cycle implementations including Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support 2+ years leading a module or support of business functional area in global SAP system. Experience working with AMS organizations. Ability to thrive and stay effective in fast-paced environment where priorities can change rapidly and frequently. Complete work tasks as assigned by leadership team. Bachelors degree in computer science with Business Management (or related field), or equivalent work experience required. Advance degree in technical field and/or business is a plus.
