DTCC is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a UX background.. Talents required for success: Background understanding of analytics and data visualization Knowledge of financial services operations and technology; experience in banking, capital markets, or financial operations is a plus Technical Skills required, such as ability to profile data using SQL queries; basic understanding database design is a plus Self-starter with a solid ability to quickly learn new concepts and frameworks, prioritize, and drive project forwards Expertise in connecting different data domains and its impact on the investment process Exhibits strong understanding of Agile Software Development (primarily Scrum and Kanban) principles and techniques. Understands and uses applicable work management tools (i.e., JIRA) for decision making and collaboration Excellent writing written and verbal communication skills Background and Scope: Gathering requirements Identifying data sources Identifying integration points Working cross teams especially within the data tribe to identify possible overlap in capabilities Determining if a tool in house, whether in the data tribe or at DTCC exists that can meet the business requirement needs, or if we need to buy or build Specific Responsibilities Collaborate across all stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, develop, and document project plans, identify resource requirements, and estimate effort for assigned projects Assists the Product Owner in managing the backlog by creating and refining user stories with the squad to provide the right level of detail at the right time to achieve definition of ready (preparation for road mapping and development) Review process flows/user flows, lead workflow design and contribute to user experience design, dashboards, wireframes, or mockups Translate the business requirements into technical solution instructions Oversee how each new requirement or piece of functionality fits into the overall business process and proposed technology solution Identify Source Data and perform data analysis Identify integration points Document where we want to access data vs link to an application or tool based on requirements Keywords: user experience green card Florida Idaho http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=536354&uid= |
