This team is responsible for problem diagnosis of the entire production environment, monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs and incident management, and the entire lifecycle of merchant acquisition from managing a lead to actual merchant onboarding. This role frequently has direct contact with our external and internal clients and partners, our development teams, and our Product Management and Commercialization teams. Basic Qualifications for Consideration Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in applicable field OR Advanced Degree in applicable field with 3+ years of relevant experience. 3+ years of first-hand support of Angular/React applications. Working knowledge in Java, Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, Python, scripting and ticketing tools (JIRA) Well-versed with SQL and NoSQL Databases Well-versed with SSO, HMAC, OAuth, and Certificates and token cryptographic authentication methods/technique 3+ years of first-hand support of all things network Experience navigating and troubleshooting cloud-native products and environments. Monitor all alerts and report issues that may significantly impact the business. Conduct root-cause analysis as and when needed. Preferred Qualifications for Consideration: Experience with building one-pager applications. Experience with building UI architecture from scratch. Experience with react hooks. Experience working with upgrading versions of react/angular. Experience in Integration Engineering and/or Professional Services. Continuous deployment using IntelliJ, GIT, BitBucket, and local development server. Experience in payment processing platforms including merchant boarding and payment gateways.
