Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Meeting with clients to discuss their data interchange needs Analyzing business systems, networking configurations, and data storage facilities Building customized data interchange systems for cross-company or department needs Testing and debugging the system for various EDI forms (i.e., 810, 850, 823 etc.) Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system Adjusting and customizing the system based on user feedback Deploying completed systems and providing maintenance support Training end-users on the proper use of the system Provides advice and education to clients concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities Periodically reviews system to ensure needs are met; identifies possible modifications as required Remains current regarding EDI and internet field technological developments Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
