Position: Confluent Kafka Cloud Admin Duration: Long Term contract Location: Hybrid out of Richardson, TX JD: Client wants the resource to have Terraform experience as well as the resource will need to provision or do the set up by using Terraform scripts and not manually, this is an additional requirement. At this point it's more of a Confluent Cloud Admin that would be a better match. ob description/responsibilities Experience of setting up configuring and managing Confluent cloud as a managed service platform Experience with Terraform scripting Confluent Cloud experience Java Experience of 7+Years with 3+ years of Spring Boot Strong working experience with Confluent Kafka setup and sufficient hands on with real world use cases Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), VCS (GIT) and build (Grade/Maven) systems Must have extensive web application experience in developing customer facing high scale applications Demonstrated experience in building Micro services Work on any cloud-based environment and experience building cloud native applications Demonstrated experience with Spring and Spring Boot Advanced skills implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices Must Haves (must be showcased clearly on resumes): 1.
