Primary functions include planning, analysis, integrations, and maintenance of applications including but not limited to Ellucian Banner ( ERP), ESM, Jenkins, DegreeWorks, Banner Document Management, and Clean Address. Job functions will include supporting, managing, and installation of Banner upgrades, cloning databases, and ERP backups. Collaboration with other technical staff in managing the Oracle database systems and supporting tools including but not limited to: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Application Servers, Tomcat Application servers, Shell scripting and the Ellucian (Banner) ERP and all interfaces between the ERP and third-party systems are key elements of this role. This position is a member of the Administrative Information Services Team, which focuses on direct services and support for students, faculty, and staff.
