Summary: Virtua Health needs a Functional Oracle HCM Lead Consultant to act as primary Client Side Oracle Cloud Functional SME for upcoming Cloudsuite implementation. Healthcare Experience mandatory 40 hours per week for 1 year September start. Virtua Health is end client and they are located in New Jersey. NOT accepting west coast candidates for now JD: They will serve as Subject Matter Experts in either HCM. SMEs will be responsible for guiding the overall design process and ensuring alignment with best practice for all modules/functionality in the workstream. It is expected that all SMEs have deep design expertise in one or more Oracle modules and possess the ability to provide high level design/guidance for all workstream modules.
