http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=515492&uid= From: rakesh sethi, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Sourcing Analyst ( GPO Consultant) Chicago, IL ( Remote) Job Description: STRONG BACKGROUND IN MICROSOFT OFFICE AND PEOPLE SOFT FOCUSING ON PURCHASE ORDERS Essentially, what we are looking for is this: a Sourcing Analyst (3-5 years) that has strong experience with PeopleSoft software the ideal candidate will have completed Purchase Orders (POs) within this software and should be familiar or experienced in creating RFP/RFI/RFQ documents. The Sourcing Analyst is essentially responsible for finding medical supplies from vendors and procuring them through contracts in large quantities. If they have that Blues experience off of a project with Blue Cross, that is ideal. But someone with strong contracts experience, PeopleSoft software, and health insurance or healthcare industry experience will be a good fit. If you find a GPO Consultant- even better! Here are some of the tasks they will be doing: The consultant is responsible to develop and maintain the project plans for the assigned initiatives; develop surveys and Plans/suppliers communications (PPT, write-ups, emails), prepare analytical reports and industry outlook for upper management. He/she must gather all business requirements to create RFP/RFI/RFQ document; determine stakeholders needs, write the RFP document, release/distribute to the selected suppliers, evaluate and re-evaluate the shortlisted suppliers by evaluating the Best and Final Offer (BAFO) and submit the final findings to stakeholders for their input. Additional Info - What client is looking for: A GPO Consultant who is having previous exp with BCBS ( Blues). This is fully remote role. I can accept all visas except CPT/OPT/H1.
