Planning and execution. - Building training strategy, assessing the training team. - Knowledge & Understanding of technical solutions (SAP HANA, SALESFORCE, Etc.) - Life sciences, medical device industry experience is plus - Certifications related to OCM is plus and preferred. * 5 10 years of experience leading Change Management, designing, developing, and implementing Change Management methodologies and standards at an organizational level. * 5 10 years of experience in IT Training & communication * Bachelors degree in a business or HR discipline preferred; advanced degree a plus REGARDS.
