Required: 7+ years of solutions, design, and development experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications Strong knowledge and extensive hands-on experience of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Component, APEX, Triggers, Visual Force, Lightning Aura components Possess hands-on experience in API integrations to cloud and back-office systems. Hands-on experience in Service Cloud areas like Omni Channel, Skill Based Routing, Case Management, Approval Processes, Web-to-Case, Chatbot (Einstein), Customer Experience Cloud Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud areas like LWC, Sales Approval Processes, Opportunity Management, Console Customization (UI), Lightning Flows, etc. Experience in REST API and Postman Must have led the technical development of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications from inception through user acceptance. Should have performed developing testing strategies, deployment strategies, and deploying Sales Cloud and Service Cloud apps Good appreciation of issues and limitations with the SFDC platform and Salesforce governor limits. Certifications in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive.
