http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=513153&uid= From: Mounika, 4-serve [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Project Manager with Salesforce exp Onsite MI (locals only) Role: Work closely with the Product Owners to establish and/or contribute to the product roadmap for core products to the Customer Relationship Management product line Clearly communicate product strategy and vision to team members and stakeholders Leads coordination, integration and testing activities within and outside of the product line Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile and user-centric perspective Provide thought leadership development, structure, technology, and tools Scope: Provide product management to one or multiple products or to a product line Help business partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and releases through careful and deliberate prioritization Identify and deliver industry-leading products and services to maximize value and productivity for commercial customers Cross-skill teams within Ford Pro Technology and business teams such as Enterprise Connectivity, Ford Commercial Solutions, FCSD KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Understands business and user priorities, and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product backlog and manage risks. Focus on delivering product value through careful and deliberate prioritization. Work with product designers (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the engineering development team. Conduct product experiments, user interviews and other validation techniques to gather feedback and product insights Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization. Initiates or translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog through quartely scoping sessions. Work hands-on with the product team to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations. Defines analytics to be collected regarding the product, and prioritizes their collection. Verifies that the delivered software product meets desired business outcomes. Redefines the backlog content to optimize business outcomes based on software product feedback. Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques. Gathers user and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements and manage the product roadmap. Actively employs user research using lean validation techniques. Actively manages features and dependencies in and across product releases. Communicates openly and frequently with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts. Actively works to identify and remove/ mitigate risks and blockers to product dellivery. Assesses the overall health of the product and prompts key decisions to move it forward.
