Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management; including the enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics and data management. Lead data architects and data engineers to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfill the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy. Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly. Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, product development process adherence, and performance and budget targets are met. Experience in monetizing data, using AI/Client for data-driven business models and applications. Demonstrated leadership skills, working in a highly matrixed, heavily outsourced organization through a combination of influence, partnership and inspiration. Ability to grow teams by attracting and developing talent, coaching and mentoring. Understanding of advanced analytics and data science techniques and experience with SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, SageMaker, Azure Client, RapidMiner or others. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-centric technologies that support cost reduction, security, risk mitigation, revenue generation and improvement in delivery. Provide deep data knowledge and expertise encompassing advanced data analytics, supporting infrastructure, automation, AI and application technologies .
