With your voice, we can influence more personalized sends; craft behavior segments in our client data to target the right message, design and deliver email for people on the go, present the most relevant content to them and what they need, and change the way we work to be faster, smarter, and more efficient. In this role you will: Translate business requirements into well-designed transactional communications that include client, retail, or institutional communications Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives Partner with Business teams and Process Experts to write requirements for Customer Success Platform Engagement with System and Process experts to help identify solutions to business pain points Engagement with the Change Management team to plan for Change Management as needed for each initiative Drive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with Information Technology (IT) (system administrators and development scrum teams), measure and document business results achieved through solution implementation Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) business planning, execution, and go live Partner with project stakeholders, IT, and System Administrator teams to prepare for Go-Live and post-go-live support Qualifications: 6-7 years of Business Analyst experience, or focus on project/program management 5 years of experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist or Developer certification preferred 3+ years experience in software development 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings Keywords: information technology golang Pennsylvania https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=504460&uid= |
