MOI: Phone/Skype Visa: USC/GC/GC-EAD Top 3 Must Have Skills: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, 2 of which must involve ServiceNow, plus bachelors degree (may substitute an additional 4 years of experience if no Bachelors degree) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with technical requirements, translating highly complex technical concepts into workable solutions for development team Position Description: The ServiceNow Business Analyst will assist the lead or work independently researching, developing, and clarifying development enhancements to the ServiceNow platform. They will capture business requirements in the form of Agile stories and ensure business stakeholder concurrence prior to handing off the requirements to ServiceNow developers for work. What Youll Get to Do: Guide design, test and transition Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the ServiceNow Platform. Perform thorough data analysis, while engaged in migration projects, in order to provide requirements for developers enabling configuration and customization. Provide Early Life Support - delivering Service Management and Service Integration services and handing over support to the future delivery teams Designs and execute E2E trainings and UAT. Assist in gathering core configuration requirements, translate these into design models and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers. Capture customers and service providers requirements into stories, solution the approach and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers. Assist delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers against ServiceNow Platform. Youll Bring these Qualifications: 5 years of total experience as a Business Analyst, 2 of which must involve ServiceNow related projects. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (note, an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for bachelors degree). Experience in IT Service Management design, transition, or operations processes. Experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of 2+ modules of ServiceNow Platform. Understanding of Agile/Scrum Methodology. Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, self-starter able to work independently with minimum of supervision Solid interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among projects stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, Ability to decompose high-level information into granular details. Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops and provide training to clients and internal team members Experience using industry recognized technologies in order to facilitate work environment Demonstrated experience in communicating across all levels of an organization, at the most senior levels.
