Loyalty Business Analyst Remote - PST hours Possibility of Extension 6 + yrs of experience as a BA Exposure to Loyalty side Need previous experience working in a reporting tool (any tool) or data area, managing data, data strategy, data governance. Loyalty Business Analyst We need a business analyst who can drive discussion with business stakeholders to understand their current pain points in the existing reporting tool and identify the exact expectations on the To-Be reporting tool. Someone with prior experience in data management or reporting tool would be needed. Any experience in the Loyalty side will be good to have. Reporting Needs - Large backlog of reporting work that needs investigation, documentation and to own to resolution. Member Care Portal Experience Client has lot of operational upgrades that are being requested by users of the portal, candidate has to document the requirements, work with the vendor team (grooming and ongoing questions) to resolution.
