In this role, you will serve as the technical trusted advisor for our customers and assist them in creating and deploying solutions in line with their requirements. You will create possibilities, solve problems, and establish trusted working relationships with our customers. You will help our customers in identifying the best solutions to solve their technical problems. You will also assist the sales and presales teams in developing solutions for prospective customers. Expectations You will Lead the technical conversations, ask relevant exploratory questions to help the customer define their requirements clearly Serve as the technical trusted advisor for our customers and assist them in creating and deploying solutions in line with their requirements. Compare various Kubernetes and related platforms (Openshift, Rancher etc.) and develop solutions for deployment on different platforms Job requirements Must have Experience on architecting Kubernetes ecosystem, including competing technologies (deployment, configuration, scaling and management of containerized applications) Experience on configuration management tools (Chef or Ansible or terraform) or competing enterprise automation technologies, and Cloud Service Providers Experience on deploying Kubernetes ecosystem, including competing technologies (deployment, configuration, scaling and management of containerized applications) Knowledge of DevOps concepts, tools, and best practices, and application development concepts Strong Knowledge & experience in system monitoring techniques and tools supporting unattended operations.
