Collaborate with the application owners, security, risk governance, and technology leadership teams to establish governance policies, processes, and standards. IT Governance and Compliance: Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining IT governance principles and compliance frameworks. Lead SME interviews to identify processes and streamlining opportunities. Review the governance guidance and procedures to ensure that they are interpreted as they were intended. Review if a policy, procedure, or guidance is identified to be missing, or no longer relevant in the current policies; and accordingly make recommendations to create and/or update as necessary. Provide recommendations to enhance governance guidance and provide procedures to become cohesive across the organization. Historical guidance and procedures will be provided and will need to be updated with current guidance and procedures. Develop new and streamlined and update existing SOP/processes and process maps, templates, policies, and procedure documents. Produce prototypes of recommended SharePoint intranet information layouts in PowerPoint, or similar tool, and work with team to update SharePoint templates with information, links, or documents, as required.
