You will use industry best practices in an agile, results-driven environment across a diverse set of areas. You are expected to understand, drive, and effectively communicate your projects from both business and technology perspectives. Job Description: Establish, document, and manage project scope, schedule, and timeline. Facilitate Agile processes and best practices with internal teams (planning and execution) Coordinate and report the status of internal project deliverables. Develop program timelines and activity reports to drive the on-time completion of critical tasks. Lead the scrum ceremonies, identify impediments, and create a plan to address the same. Ensure scope, objectives, and schedule are clearly understood by the teams, stakeholders, and sponsors. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Understand and advocate the teams capacity and ability to take on new work. Assist teams to remove blockers and issues and escalate as needed. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of total industry experience 3 or more years of previous project management experience 3 or more years of software development project team experience (in any role) Strong Agile & Scrum project management experience required. Experience with Jira and Smartsheet is preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading multiple project teams through the full software development lifecycle to deliver business goals and requirements.
