Description:

Ability to diagnose anything in a break fix capacity

Environment consists of
2 to 3 dozen servers with AWS and customer's on prem servers

Ubuntu 20 and a handful of Centos

Need proactive monitoring, alert management, OS level troubleshooting

Work with cross functional team to address issues
