Job Title SAP OTC - SD Testing Consultant Location Dallas (Hybrid) TX Duration 6 months /Contract JOB DESCRIPTION SAP OTC - SD Testing Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Dallas, TX Title: SAP OTC - SD Testing Consultant Location: Hybrid Dallas, TX Duration: 6 months Opportunity Description: Our client is beginning UAT testing in August to integrate it's current IT system landscape with a shared services SAP ECC technical migration to S/4. This new S/4 base technical migration is slated to be complete in the spring of 2024. This project will require our client to manage the coordination and testing execution of OTC - SD master data and 3rd party interface scenarios as part of the initial cutover. Duration is until the EOY with likely extension into 2024. Role Description: Development and maintenance of appropriate Cutover plans. Facilitate, engage and enable team, key partners and other stakeholders to undertake appropriate cutover activities. Document and develop the processes necessary for the deployment of the solutions. Arrange and conduct deployment meetings with key stakeholders. Engaging with the Business Units (BUs) in order to understand their needs and constraints for the deployment. Ensure business readiness for the deployments. Document the outcomes of all meetings, workshops and reviews. Coordination of all deployment integration/testing activities and deliverables. Document and manage the deployment Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies. Ensuring integration of all deployment relevant activities and deliverables with cross functional work streams. Requirements: 4 full life cycle implementations of SAP. 10 years experience in deploying SAP solutions. Prior experience developing and coordinating execution of a cutover plan for a large SAP implementation at a large multi-location company, using online project manager software tools Thorough understanding of all activity within project workstreams (e.g. process, data, change). Experience of working in large organizations with complex organizational and technical landscapes. Exceptional problem solving capabilities. Functional knowledge of SAP Core Modules and experience with at least 1 S/4 Migration. Proven track record in leading teams to develop and implement business processes and system implementation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Good understanding of project management methodologies. Influencing and negotiation skills. Change Management experience and capabilities. Possess a consultative and collaborative style. Capable of delivering high quality deployment documentation e.g. dashboards, reports, minutes, cut over plans, registers and tracking logs, Ability to focus on plans, targets, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
