Title: Junior AEM Developer Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid) Contract Need 5+ Job Description: Primary: Strong web front-end development experience including the up to date CSS/Javascript skills Slightly templating language AEM6 Touch UI Understand Adobe Experience Manager AEM and WEM foundational concepts Creation of custom components and bundles Understanding of CRX as a repository Secondary: Java/ Springboot/ Microservices/ AWS/ Dev Ops/ React/Redux/SSR/IONIC HTML5/CSS/JavaScrip Act as an inspiring developer within the CTS technical community to develop and share best practices and processes. Mentor existing/new team members with new product features, delivery processes, project-based findings and support.. AEM Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Manager projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to best practices, and on-time project completion. Technical Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define the technical design implementation of AEM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and extensibility. Development and Customization: Development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations, leveraging your strong technical expertise in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design effective AEM solutions that meet their needs. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UX designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure smooth project execution. Manage client relationships, effectively communicate project progress, and address any concerns or issues that arise. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations. Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest AEM technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.
