This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring all platforms are operating effectively. To be successful, this person will need knowledge of e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, B2C and B2B sales processes, data management, and project management. The ideal candidate will be positive, uplifting, with the ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and work collaboratively across the organization. Job Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support NetSuite ERP Platform Work with business to define requirements and business objectives. Help manage suppliers and staff to achieve business objectives. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for application projects and services. Coordinate testing and user acceptance of system changes & enhancements. Develop training plans for users regarding system usage, changes, and enhancements. Monitor application systems performance and capacity utilization. Stay up to date on related industry trends and best practices. Assist IT leadership with policy and procedure development. Work with functional business management to maintain business processes, data management/analytics, and related documentation & training materials. Who You Are: Bachelors degree with relevant experience with ERP and Business Intelligence platforms. Previous experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM is required. Possess excellent communication skills.
