This role will be primarily remote but will need to go onsite at the State's discretion to their office in downtown Sacramento. The consultant may also have to visit other locations throughout the state for meetings and presentations. Minimum Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Project Manager It is required that the consultant(s) meet the following minimum requirements either independently or collectively: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience performing general PM activities. PM experience must include working in the State of California environment on similar size/related projects. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience developing Statement of Work activities, understanding the CDT Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) and process assisting in writing Requests for Offer (RFO) documents for Wi-Fi/Connectivity related projects. 3. Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating and managing meetings, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and related group activities. 4. Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and project managing Wi-Fi and communications projects 5.
