JOB DESCRIPTION Functional Skills and Roles Required ROLE 1 : Oracle Functional Manufacturing: For this project, we will mostly use offshore resources with onsite functional only for the first eight weeks (configuration, mock 1, integration test, user acceptance test).. ROLE 2 : Oracle Functional Order Management: Due to Maquiladora, most of the work is OM, Procurement and Finance tracks. In Oracle EBS, we handle inter-organizational transactions (within Mexico), internal requests, and internal sales orders between Mexico and the US. We need someone familiar with setting up Oracle EBS with the Maquiladora structure. Partly available in-house, with limited bandwidth (same resource as RLM). ROLE 3 : Oracle Functional Purchasing: Another track with heavy involvement, Customer uses One Network for supplier releases and ASNs - a system that is not well known and is extremely critical for the business as it directly impacts MP&L operations - the necessary skill-set is not available in-house. ROLE 4 :Oracle Functional Finance: Mexico's implementation last year had several financial issues; over 90% of the impactful issues were from this track, and a lot of lessons were learned.
