Full-time is required. 100% Remote. - The consultant is expected to present best practices to the customer and be a subject matter expert in Variable Pay. - The consultant will provide knowledge transfer and provide guidance regarding the solution. - The consultant will work alongside other SAP team members who are involved in other aspects of the project. - The customer and SAP has PM resources, but the expectation is that consultant will be able to drive their workstream and advise on project activities and status updates. - Experience in SAP Activate Methodology is beneficial. - Variable Pay Scope includes: Copying existing MIP Variable Pay template to create the SIP template. The new SIP template is based off the MIP with some modifications and has 300 eligible employees. Planners GM/DIR Eligibility Will be determined in SAP and passed to Compensation through integration. Data Source Integration with SAP On-Prem Review of existing MIP template and provide recommendations for improvements if there are any. Custom Compensation Statement is in scope.
