Location: Remote, virtual office Developer with focus on the application logic using C#, Oracle ODP and Angular to perform software design, development, testing and implementation for network engineering automation. This developer will support the maintenance of the EJF application to ensure corporate compliance standards are implemented within the application as well as work on any enhancement need identified by the client.. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable code utilizing C#, Oracle and Angular Translate compliance need into application requirements and use cases into functional application code Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications is maintained. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to the development problems. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Provide concise documentation on all changes. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience as a C# programmer/developer. 3+ years of experience with other coding-languages as listed below. 2+ years automated network provisioning experience. 2+ years automated unit testing experience. 2+ data sanitization and abstraction. API creation, testing and troubleshooting, both SOAP WS and REST. Hands-on experience of DevOps methodologies and tools Experience with working in an agile environment. Experience with automating processes that are executed manually in the current system. Experience with working in the Azure Cloud environment Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision. Skills: Basic telecommunications (Mobility/Wireline/IP/Optical) experience Basic understand of networking and network provisioning. Basic understanding of telecommunications equipment installation Education: A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or information technology.
