Notes on the Role: Requirements Gathering for Ideas/Demands in Demand Management Business Analyst-this role is on the Demand Management team Module in SNOW is Demand Management-in-take process for ServiceNow They only use Demand Management for ServiceNow and they have a huge backlog and looking for a very strong BA with experience with requirements gathering from start to finish Hired an FTE as a solution architect to look after demand management process but this contractor will help another BA that can go through the backlog The team is a Solution Architect and FTE BA and a technical architect that is an FTE too to work with this contractor Technical Architect gives technical recommendation and works with solution architect to understand the business need and understand the business need of the customer These ideas need to be approved A strong BA that can gather requirements and talk to requestors and work through that backlog If they have experience with multiple systems and platforms that would be ok but prefer someone that has strong SNOW experience SNOW BA would be great and Demand Management would be just putting someone at the top of their list Test cases are put back onto the requestor and this BA doesnt need to have test case experience This BA will be interfacing with developers and architects to make sure tickets and requestors will be taken care of Possible for the contractor to go longer than 10 months This person has to be at least mid-level but senior level would be excellent She would like to do just one interview for herself and one other person and do a 45 minute video interview to make a decision Would like to start interviews next week if at all possible Keywords: business analyst golang http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=466319&uid= |
