Youll use these insights to recommend appropriate metrics for measuring performance, inform our product development decisions and identify opportunities to increase engagement. The position resides within the customer-facing product design organization within the digital commercial technology team. You will: Gather, review and analyze data to provide insights that will drive decisions around improving product user experience. Perform data analysis and research to identify new opportunities to improve overall metrics. Be the go-to analytics expert within the product organization for our digital products and the ways we measure them to understand performance. Provide timely insights enabling digital product decision making. Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify areas of improvement in product usability, feature adoption, and overall user satisfaction. Collaboratively create and maintain clear reports and dashboards that allow our design and product teams to easily comprehend and act on key insights. Translate business measurement requirements into technical tracking solutions. Qualifications: Strong understanding of product life cycle management, including product development, launch, and retirement processes Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Proficient with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Mobile SDK Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze commercial opportunities Excellent communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills 1-2 years of work experience in product data analysis or related area required.
