Job Description Positions in this function are involved in various aspects of design, engineering and operations of the voice data networks and related equipment. Provide project planning, implementation and support of new network or voice systems and direct technical analysis of hardware, software or networks. Telecommunications Engineering Core Tasks. Design, build and deploy voice and digital channel systems. Script and deploy call flows. Monitor end to end voice and digital channel systems. Respond to and resolve voice and digital channel issues. Create and maintain knowledge/technical documents. Identity end-user requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement.
