Responsibilities: Seasoned Senior Salesforce developer with the ability to make architecture and design decisions and tradeoffs for solution architecture that looks across the applications landscape. Execute technology modernization projects, including migration to cloud-native and API Strategy Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce and AWS Cloud. Provide technology proof of concepts to ensure the feasibility of architecture solutions and be confident in developing and maintaining end-to-end working solutions. Experience working with Call Center application implementations, including IVR, Chat, and digital channels support with AWS Connect or equivalent Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of hands-on experience in solution, application, and architecture applied to multiple large-scale enterprise systems 3+ years of development/architecture experience in Salesforce Cloud / Service /Apex / Salesforce integrations Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing Salesforce.com from scratch. Hands-on implementation experience in LWC. 1+ years of AWS Cloud experience Hands-on experience working with AWS Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Connect, RDS, AWS Glue, Event Streaming, Logging & Monitoring, Databases (SQL, NOSQL), Containers, Serverless Frameworks Experience in putting necessary guardrails and using best practices.
