Role: Salesforce Business Analyst LOCATIONS: Charlotte, NC Hybrid, 3 days a week in office Duration: 6 months to Direct Hire MOI: Phone/Skype GC & USC Only Job description/Experience requirements: 5+ years of experience in business analysis in the Salesforce ecosystem Strong business analysis mindset, must be able to elicit requirements from business and document them as cards in JIRA Lead an agile team that works in Salesforce ecosystem ( This person will be leading Salesforce teams/initiatives) 5+ years of experience in managing projects that have complex integrations with other systems Must be excellent in communication, able to build relationships with all stakeholders Salesforce certifications and proficiency in understanding native CRM features of Salesforce Must be able to facilitate all Agile scrum ceremonies and act as a scrum master for the team Must go into the Charlotte Office 3 days a week and engage with business, understand the business needs and translate them into JIRA and to the Agile team.
