Design and develop database structures, tables, views, and functions to support application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write and maintain technical documentation including data dictionaries and functional specifications Optimize SQL queries for improved performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, database performance, and application functionality. Write functional specs to document business requirements and user stories. Minimum Requirements Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS concepts and implementation Excellent PL/SQL knowledge. At least 5 years experience developing complex applications using Oracle PL/SQL. Familiar with responsibilities and problems inherent in parallel, simultaneous development. This includes implementing changes to existing applications within a well-defined scope and adhering to change management controls. Experience with GIT code management system Good English communications skills, both verbal and written including technical documentation. Ability to work well with others within a project team. Desired but Not Required Skillset Experience with Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
