As a SAP Sales Commissions Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the SAP Sales Commissions system, ensuring accurate and efficient sales commissions processing. Your expertise in SQL, Oracle, SAP Commissions, Colibra, Informatica, and Linux will be essential to meet our commission calculation needs and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions for SAP Sales Commissions platform, including customizing, enhancing, and maintaining the system to meet evolving business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, finance, and IT, to gather commission calculation requirements and ensure alignment with business processes. Implement and optimize commission calculations using SAP Commissions, ensuring accurate and timely payouts to the sales team. Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to extract and manipulate data for commission processing and reporting purposes. Integrate data from multiple sources, such as Oracle databases and other systems, into the SAP Sales Commissions platform using Informatica ETL tools. Work with data governance tools like Colibra to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot commission calculation issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with IT teams to perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, and actively participate in system testing and validation activities. Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can efficiently utilize the SAP Sales Commissions system. Contribute to documentation efforts, including technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to SAP Commissions, SQL, Oracle, Informatica, Colibra, and Linux, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a SAP Sales Commissions Developer, with a strong background in SAP Commissions development and configuration. Proficiency in SQL programming and experience working with Oracle databases. Hands-on experience with Informatica ETL tools for data integration and manipulation. Familiarity with data governance tools like Colibra. Solid understanding of Linux environments and scripting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Previous experience in a global tech environment or with commission-related systems would be a plus.
