Please attach the copy of your candidates driver's license/green card or passport! Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced SAP QM BSA to join our team. This is a hands-on role and the candidate will be responsible; This position provides SAP application support for Company Quality Management processes worldwide. Responsibility includes support to include analysis, design, functional configuration, testing and maintenance support for SAP QM business processes plus integration with modules such as PP/MM/WM/SD/FI/CO, and including some non-SAP applications. Our customer expectations and critical timelines are met or exceeded by managing and coordinating high level complex projects. You will work with overall project team members and may act as Team Lead to ensure projects are planned, coordinated and organized to meet production schedules and end-user department requirements. Candidate should have deep knowledge and experience with all the Quality Management processes in SAP S/4, as below (but not limited to): Design and Process: FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), Control Plan, Stability Study, Supplier management. Plan: Master data, Inspection plans, Routings, Master recipes, Test equipment management, Inspection events, Procurement & delivery control, Dynamic inspection scope, Calibration inspections. Operate: Inspection lot, Samples / inspection points, Results & Defects recording, Statistical process control (SPC), Supplier certificates, Calibration inspection for test equipment, Quality costs. Analyze: Usage decision & follow-up actions, Stock posting (release / block ) & Update batch status, Release to customer incl. certificates, Update supplier quality, Non-conformance management incl. root-cause analysis, manage supplier, customer, and internal complaints, Plan, perform, and monitor audits such as supplier, system, product, and process audits.
