Job Title SAP ISU Billing Lead Location Red Bank (Hybrid) NJ Duration 12 months /Contract JOB DESCRIPTION INTERVIEW VIDEO Visa: USC /GC Hybrid Role As the CIS Billing Lead for Client, the primary objective is to develop functional design and solutions for SAP ISU Billing processes. This entails close collaboration with IT, suppliers, and business partners to ensure seamless alignment with IT best practices, compliance, security, and Client's unique business needs. The CIS Billing Lead will be instrumental in making critical functional design decisions and steering the development of Client's cutting-edge ISU Commerce Infrastructure Services (CIS) solutions by focusing on providing high-quality and efficient ISU billing solutions. Major Responsibilities: Solution design of billing processes and procedures and support of billing programs such as a Payment and Collection Inquiries, landlord, collective billing execution, reversals, and other billing specific procedures With knowledge of SAP ISU Billing, payment solutions, and experience with service-oriented architecture and middleware interfaces for non-SAP applications, oversee the full implementation process from functional design to testing and completion Lead functional activities, evaluate, produce CIS utilities solutions, and establish norms and best practices for the Development team's operations Manage SAP data integrity, implement and maintain SAP functions and procedures to satisfy the demands of the utility industry standards To integrate SAP CIS with other systems, work with other IT and business departments, supporting end users and assistance as required for SAP billing configuration, training, and documentation creation and maintenance Monitor SAP performance, analyze data for improvement opportunities Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and achieve better outcomes Required Qualifications: 10+ years or more of SAP experience with at least 5 of those years spent on ISU/CIS Billing and expertise implementing solutions through the whole SDLC, including core template design, development, validation, roll-out, and maintenance Extensive experience in Customer Master data including Utilities 360 and an oversight in rate/tariff design and build for all customer classes including complex bills Experience with data activities related to Customer Interactions, Customer History, Billing Master Data and Rates, Service contracts, Work orders, etc. Deep knowledge of the technical and business master data and the integration points that enable the ISU data model Extensive experience in the batch job processing chains and exceptions management process Knowledge of CIS standard framework including RESTful wrapper for services provided by SAP and third party services Experience with Address Verification Service, Fraud Verification Service, Geolocation Service, Payment Service, Shipping Service and Tax Service Expertise in managing teams for the deployment of the SAP ISU Billing module in integrated utilities for gas, electric, and electricity serving consumers in the residential, business, and industrial classes Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and defining support procedures Experience with quarterly upgrade process, upgrade testing, system refresh from the production environment.
