Understanding schema design, caching site, subscription site Nice to have-ApolloQL is a set of tools that manages GraphQL (Apollo is also good to look for on paper). Personality Profile: To be successful: Leadership skills, ARCHITECTURE skills, Software development experience in the past. If someone is a strong software architect with no GraphQL, that is acceptable. Architecture experience along with REST API experience is required. Previous experience working in Telecom HUGE plus.
