Lead the technical aspects of the SAP migration project, including planning, execution, and monitoring of all technical activities. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the migration project. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team members throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment phases. Assess the existing SAP landscape, identify technical dependencies, and develop a comprehensive migration strategy to minimize disruption and ensure a successful migration. Oversee and participate in the configuration, customization, and development activities required for the migration, ensuring adherence to best practices and SAP standards.
