Must Have Key - candidates have experience with Back Office Tolling systems 5 years of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) system functional support experience. 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape. Experience as a hands-on developer or technical SME on 2 system implementation projects Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assignee Certifications / Education: SAP BRIM technical certifications SAP ABAP technical certifications Bachelors degree in business management or information systems. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted Desired: Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert in meetings Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues leadership with enough details for the leadership to decide on how to proceed Develop and maintain plans and other documentation, as required, established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients Work with the business departments staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties The ideal candidate will have: Good working knowledge of FICA Experience with processing lockbox, and bank statements in BAI2 format in SAP S/4 HANA Experience with funds management Experience working in a tolling back-office system Should be highly proficient in ABAP (classic and object-oriented), CDS, BOPF, AMDP, Odata, and BODS Experience utilizing SAP HANA and associated design techniques and development tools, including WebIDE or BAS, HANA Studio, and BTP Experience integration with Microsoft Dynamics CE system or another CRM Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
