JOB DESCRIPTION:

What youll do:

Conduct and oversee the design and execution of customer surveys, from survey design and implementation to reporting and analysis, including statistical modeling, trend analysis and key driver identification

Evaluate and improve the customer research process, ensuring adherence to evolving standards and best practices

Own reporting of ongoing surveys churn and renewal surveys.

Work cross-functionally with the user and market research teams at Procore to ensure that insights are coordinated across departments.

Implement surveys at key touchpoints across the customer lifecycle, and measure impact on overall customer experience, and identify opportunities to improve experiences at key journey steps.

Conduct follow up interviews and focus groups with customers to gain deeper insights.

In partnership with the Voice of Customer Program, ensure that customer feedback and insights are disseminated and utilized to improve products, processes and interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required

5-8 years of previous customer research experience, ideally in a B2B environment

Demonstrated proficiency with data collection, survey design and statistical analysis; Qualtrics experience preferred

Proven ability to work with all levels of management, from frontline through executive

Experience working successfully with functional, regional and global teams

Experience with B2B marketing, sales and support processes as well as customer-facing financial processes (e.g., invoicing, billing)

Strong critical thinking and project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines, and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations

Belief in ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results

Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
