Job Title : Certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location : San Jose, CA(Onsite) Duration : Long Term Job Description: Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution Must have completed at least 2 end to end implementation Hands-on experience of all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML Expertise in translations and language packs for data models configuration and MDF Preparation of test cases / test plans / test scripts Human Resources, core data, HRIS, and SAP technology and excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in global organizations Ability to gather, analyze, weigh inputs/evidence; evaluate issues and come to an unbiased conclusion and/or options; and provide a recommendation for a specific course of action Role Expectation Establish and execute the overall strategy for people data. This includes data governance practices, tools, technology and the team required to provide actionable information and insights to drive a rewarding employee experience, and business success. Manages and leads governance policies by including HR/Payroll/IT governance. Ensure HR systems and processes deliver on global consistency, scalability, and data accuracy. Develops and maintain the data integrity and security protocols across the HR systems portfolio including regular audits for compliance and enable scalable reporting solutions. Ensures the integrity and timeliness of all business rules and data. Ensures that all departmental reporting requirements are defined and met. Evaluates new technologies and market trends. Assesses the effectiveness of all programs and practices against industry standards and best of class solutions. Drives efficiency and identifies opportunities with a focus for automation and reduction of manual processes Partners with key stakeholders across the organization to focus on developing and maintaining substantial analytics to help drive business decisions, and creates short and long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, and security as it relates to Workforce processes. Provides insights into internal trends, comparing external best practices and benchmarks. Manage project(s) Collaborates with members of the senior leadership team across the organization to develop and iterate upon processes to create a world-class HR technology platform. Design processes, configures when required, troubleshoots, and performs testing of new system features and releases. Prepare project deliverables including project plans, process flows, functional requirements, and test plans.
