Workday Lead (Functional and Technical Consultant)

TECHNICAL- PRIMARY SKILLS:

Required 10 Years of experience

Workday Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday functional and technical areas. This individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Workday Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Customer.

This person should be able to own configuration/ technical changes to existing Workday system.

Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for HCM Core

Experience in Business Process setup

General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas

Good understanding of Workday Security

3-8 years of programming/development experience preferred

Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance

Experience with JavaScript, XSLT and xPath programming strongly preferred

CCB/CCTPP/PICOF/PECI experience is a basic requirement

Experience in Payroll Integrations

Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules

Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Integration Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM

4 Years Workday experience, of which 2 years spent in handling Workday Studio integrations from Architect phase to Deploy phase.

Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation

Experience in handling Integration discovery sessions with the client

Exposure to Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and other tools used as Integration middleware

At least they should be strong in the two or above Functional areas below and Integrations: 

Functional Areas: Core HCM/Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent & Performance management/ Absence Management/ Time Tracking/ Benefits

Integrations:

 EIB, CCW/ CCB/CCTPP/PICOF/PECI, Studio Integrations, Boomerang Integrations, BIRT Reporting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Implementation/ Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.

Gather Business requirements and provide configuration support of Absence, Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management modules

Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integration Design/Development

Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary

Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technical specifications.

Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.

Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.

Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns

Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
