Looking for local candidates who can work onsite 2 days per week in either the Holmdel, NJ, New York, NY or Bethlehem, PA office. This is NOT a fully remote position. Duration 6-12 Months+ Interview - Video Management and support of Exstream OpenText OnPrem & Cloud environment Resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems Conduct research and analysis; make recommendations. Mentor/trainer and provide guidance and assistance to team members. Develop and maintain solution documentation. Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals. Applying innovative approaches to solve technical design issues. Required Skills: Bachelors degree from accredited university. 5+ years of relevant experience in OT Exstream & Exstream CN and strong understanding of other CCM solutions. Design solution for OT Command Center, Content Author, OTDS, TeamSite, LiveSite and Empower. 3+ Experience in Java/java script Must have experience working with XML, CSV, JSON data files. Experience handling Section data, data mapping. Must have good hands-on experience on template development, gathering requirements for business, applying logic and writing rules and formulas Experience with AFP, PDF, XML, PS Basic understanding of Operating System (AWS, Linux, HP Unix/ IBM AIX, Windows) Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3+ years Experience in ITIL framework and processes incident, problem and change management. Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Configure, Maintain and Support CMOD reports processing. Experience troubleshooting CMOD issues related to indexing, ingestion, retrieval etc. Other scripting or programming language experience (Awk, , Python) Experience in AWS cloud services EC2, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL Experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors. Mainframe experience Knowledge and experience in Insurance, familiar with terminology, concepts and business processes and systems.
