Total Hours Per Week: 40 Overtime(Y/N): No Project Overview: We are looking to hire Senior level Sitecore Architects/Developers to collaborate with business, technology, and management within Verisk to shape, implement and deliver content and feature delivery of the Core Lines product suite. The candidate should reside within commuting distance of our Jersey City office as we work in a hybrid environment requiring in office presence 1-2 per week. The interview process will involve approximately 4 distinct interviews which may include 1-3 Verisk employees in varying positions. Team Size: 10 Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Developing technical solutions that map to user and business requirements and deliver value for the needs of the engagement/client Experience in content management solutions, developing/delivering on Sitecore digital experience platforms Applying best practices to optimize performance for improved scalability and user experience Working closely with team members from other departments to implement solutions and solve problems Develops and implements long term strategic direction including Software Architecture and alignment with company performance objectives. Participates in full software development life cycle delivering robust high-performance applications and services adhering to team and corporate standards, guidelines, and policies Ensures quality code delivery from the team members and vendors, including code review, verification against best practice, and quality testing Produces technical documentations required for knowledge transfer, ongoing maintenance and support An understanding of distributed service-oriented architecture, including RESTful styles Familiarity with object-oriented and functional programming paradigms / languages Understanding of UI/UX design processes and frameworks (NextJS, React) Experience with Agile/Scaled Agile methodology Understands the design implications of incorporating analytics into solutions and delivering information to users through a variety of interfaces Is skilled in design and deployment for elastic computing and cloud environments Understands the design implications of incorporating analytics into solutions and delivering information to users through a variety of interfaces Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements: Demonstrated experience developing and successfully deploying Sitecore based platform and solutions. Proven experience with working in the transformation of content management systems, redefining products on Sitecore digital experience platforms Building UIs using React, Next.js, NX, ReactQuery, GraphQL, HTML5, Javascript, Typescript, and CSS3. Must have worked with Scrum teams, global teams and best practices. Sitecore developer certification version 9.0 or greater 5+ years active experience developing/implementing CMS and use of page/data template, content types, Workflow, content authoring and approval process 7+ years with Sitecore CMS, Experience Database, and Sitecore digital marketing features Strong hands-on experience in Requirement Analysis, Testing, Deploying and Implementation, Software Documentation, and Maintenance.
