The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring alignment with solution teams, our infrastructure, and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for business analysis, excelling in business analysis. Critical to the success in this role, is the ability to understand and articulate internal user needs and innovations and develop business requirements for the development, deployment, and service management of tools, services, applications and products for operations and new product development for business units. The role reports to the IT Business Relationship Manager and manages [0] direct reports. This position works under consultative direction and is highly aligned to the supporting business and IT business units because the activities have an organization-wide impact. Key Responsibilities Business analysis and development of functional and non-functional requirements; Documentation of requirements, test case oversight and change management procedures from an business owner perspective for existing mission critical systems & applications ensuring change meets (or exceeds) business objectives Alignment of change management processes with processes Alignment of all technology services and quality management processes Oversight of the design of applications and the mapping of functional business requirements into technical requirements/agile stories. Work as part of a team to IT team to provide solutions based on business objectives Key Responsibilities Specific duties include but not limited to: Maintains up to date knowledge of assigned business and technology solutions and uses knowledge to propose and guide business improvements Decipher, solution options, and articulate benefits/risks including pros and cons of solutions as part of service strategy development. Collaborate and continuously develop strong and productive working relationships with members of the business and teams. Provides expert consultation for business projects that often integrate new technology and/or carry out organization-wide operational and technology functions. Provides expert leadership of and input to review of designs, installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of mission-critical systems, projects, databases, and solutions. Reviews, updates and develops documentation including but not limited to: requirements, validations, processes, scripts, and procedures for future reference or use. Responsible for the consistency, clarity, and quality in all documentation and other artifacts by reviewing, validating, editing, rewriting, and authoring as necessary.
