Locaton : remote Success Factors Employee Central Benefits Lead. The Employee Central Benefits Lead will work closely with our clients to translate business requirements for our system. You will advise and coach the client on leading industry practices throughout the course of their implementations and ongoing renewal processes. Areas of focus within this role can include: Gather benefits requirements to building benefits system. Facilitate discussions on leading practices for benefits. Work with project team members. Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal. Nuanced understanding of dependencies between SAP Success Factors and to SAP Employee Central Payroll. Understand benefits including federal and state-based compliance, ACA, COBRA, life and ancillary benefit, etc. Understand new hire, life event, and annual enrolment eligibility periods.
