You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to drive informed business decisions and strategy. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, data engineers, and other analysts, to understand reporting requirements and develop comprehensive and visually appealing reports. Exercise discretion, initiative, good judgment, and foresight to enhance overall department efficiency, achieve high customer satisfaction, and provide responsive and professional service and support to accounts and business partners. Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Data Analysis: Utilize your strong analytical skills to extract and analyze data from various sources, identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide meaningful insights into business performance. Report Development: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ensure reports are accurate, visually appealing, and user-friendly, allowing stakeholders to easily interpret and utilize the information. Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and reliability of data by performing data validation and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies. Report Automation: Streamline reporting processes by automating recurring reports and implementing data-driven solutions. Leverage tools and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or R to automate data extraction, transformation, and report generation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, managers, cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports and visualizations. Proactively communicate insights, trends, and potential areas of improvement to drive data-informed decision making. Data Governance: Adhere to data governance policies and standards, ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance. Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and report definitions to support transparency and knowledge sharing. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance the performance and efficiency of reporting solutions. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data visualization techniques, and enhance user experience. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis, report development, and visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and translate them into meaningful reports and visualizations. A meticulous approach to data accuracy, validation, and quality control to ensure reliable and trustworthy reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, understand their reporting needs, and present insights in a clear and concise manner. Understanding of business processes and KPIs to develop relevant and actionable reports that support strategic decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Experience in project management methodology, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration is a plus. Minimum Experience Required: Proficient in SharePoint. D365 Business Central knowledge. Intermediate working knowledge of M365 Productivity apps (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to build strong relationships with teammates, partners, and specialists by fostering teamwork, partnership, and collaboration in a virtual or face-to-face environment. Desire to grow professionally, develop new skills and willingness to work outside of comfort zone. Education Required: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics.
